Received flowers today, Mother’s Day. Should have been delivered yesterday, but text advised they were delayed until today between 1pm and 3pm. When they arrived, they were limp and all crushed together, with several flower heads rotting, brown and some with white mould. Obviously no water for several days. There was an empty envelope on the inside of the box ...no message. When the empty box was taken away and the inside base removed there was a card at the bottom from my daughter. It had so obviously never been put into the envelope? Had my husband not removed the flower holder from the box we would never have found it. Rubbish doesn’t come close. As my daughter is in bed with Covid and unable to visit today, it was doubly important, but also cannot tell her how she has wasted her cash.
In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
