Gone from bad to worse.

My wife was sent some flowers as a get well present and was informed by the sender that they would arrive on the Saturday. They arrived the following Tuesday and were already dying. I'm not sure whether it was the couriers DPD fault or M&S. One thing I do know is that I won't be using M&S flowers ever again.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
