Had flowers in march very poor complained and received new flowers not much better. This week received gift again terrible quality roses nearly dead when they arrived. Rang again and told because this is the second time I’ve complained I needed to send pictures which I was happy to do. After sending pictures after 4 days marks spencer have not responded. Today Friday received Monday in the bin. Don’t waste your money but most important don’t disappoint someone on there special day. Jo

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
