The delivery arrived late afternoon. The box was crushed and opened. The chocolates were missing and the flowers half dead. Nearly £50 for a bunch of crushed half dead flowers. Complained to M&S but no response. Absolutely appalling.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
