Appalling delivery of roses ,today , flowers dying

Today 30:03:22 I received a bouquet from my son and his family in America ordered via M and S . The Roses were squashed and dying. My son would be appalled at the quality. I telephoned to complain
Within 2 minutes of opening them. The customer services were unsympathetic .He told me my son would have to complain in a call from America… 9 hour time difference!
I have always dents M and S flowers ….,,never again!

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
