I never write reviews, but was so disappointing that I decided to share my experience - I see that ALL other customers feel the same.
I ordered an orchid, and got four tiny pink roses. Several complaints after - I got a £5 voucher, which I will not use 100%.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have also used Serenata flowers, and the service is uncompilable.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I bought 2 living social voucher for Mother's Day Laurence Llewelyn Bowen bouquets, which looked fabulous. One was delivered on the Saturday as arranged and the other never arrived, which was highly disappointing and embarrassing. The one that arrived (order no 627000) was much smaller than expected, and wilted within 2 days. After a prolonged and difficult process including with customer support, another bouquet was delivered to my mum to replace the wilted one. It was average at best. I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND for the delivery cost for the missing bouquet for my mother in law, despite chasing. Order no 627080. Will never use again. Not recommended!
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriends birthday to be delivered to Walldorf, Germany. The bouquet I ordered was supposed to have 'plenty of bright greens and pinks'. Instead it arrived with red roses and dark green leaves. I contacted customer support and they offered me a whopping £5 coupon for my next order. No thanks.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Awful company. Pictures look great, flowers delivered are substandard. Customer service is appalling took 3 and a half months to get a refund and then it was hard work. Would suggest serenata flowers, entirely different ethos

Something should be done to stop this company. I paid for flowers that were not delivered plus they took a further unauthorized payment of £63.80 from my account. It has taken 3x months to get this money back.
They initially refused to return my money, then offered a £5 voucher to use against another order (who in their right mind would place a second order with this company) Three months later they offered to return half of my money they stole from my account. I only got my money back as I was prepared to contact the Consumers Association...
When you read the reviews, it's clear that hundreds of others have had the same treatment. I am shocked that this company is allowed to stay in business.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my partner well in advance over a week and they got delivered 2 days late I explained to the company that my partner would not be in work that's why I asked for Monday delivery. All they said was the delivery company had receipt of the order and there was nothing they could do.
I got an e-mail on the day they got delivered 2 days late to say great news we delivered your flowers!
Great!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Mother's day flowers late by 2 days with no response. Still waiting for refund. Awful customer service to respond to query. More than 7 days each time. Do not recommend!

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a special wedding anniversary in USA. Flowers did not arrive. Customer service via email and telephone was appauling. Impossible to get through by telephone.
Still waiting for a full refund. Have now been informed that the query has been passed to Accounts and will take a further 3-5 days.
I would not recommend iflorist and certainly would never use them again.
Very disappointed - wish I had read the numerous bad reviews prior to using them.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I tried to use there service to deliver bereavement flowers... I got an email saying they could not deliver to that area on the day that they were supposed to arrive, they also said that someone would contact me regarding my refund within 3 days, which they did not, so I contacted them a week later. They said that they were really sorry and that my money would be transferred immediately.... I have since called several times trying to get my money back and it is now 2 MONTHS LATER and still have not got my money back!...
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I used iflorist to order flowers to be delivered to my mom in Canada for Mother's Day and her 83rd birthday which are close together. I placed my order online on the 5th May for delivery on the 9th, ie, the Friday before Mother's Day Sunday on the 11th May. I received a confirmation email from iflorist straight away and then a second the next day indicating the order had been allocated for delivery on the 9th. I planned this well ahead as I was flying from Manchester, UK to Phoenix on Saturday the 10th and wanted to ensure it was all taken care of before my flight. I'd expected to get a call from my mom on Friday when she received the flowers and when I didn't I got in touch with another family member to ask if they'd arrived. They hadn't! I thought perhaps they'd be delivered Saturday which would still have been okay but when they didn't arrive Saturday I realised they weren't going to arrive in time for Mother's Day as the website said they don't deliver on Sunday.
