If you want your flowers to arrive really late and dead and get little or no response to your e-mails this is the company to use. Ordered flowers for my mother in Spain the delivery dates available on the website were 8th, 9th, 10th May, so I chose the 8th. After confirming order and payment I received an e-mail saying they would be delivered on the 9th. I then got an e-mail saying that the bouquet I had ordered was not available and they would send 40 roses instead. On the 10th May at 4.20 p.m. I got an e-mail saying that the address was incorrect to which I replied instantly that it was correct and when would the flowers now be delivered. I had no reply to this e-mail. Sent another e-mail the next day, still no reply. Sent another e-mail the day after and after complaining bitterly eventually got a reply saying that it would be looked into the next day. Finally on Tues 14th May the flowers were delivered but when my mother unwrapped them all the petals fell off, they were dead and consequently went straight into the bin. I e-mailed once again complaining about the dead flowers and they sent me a £5 voucher which I declined. The complaint was escalated on the 15th and a week later got a £10 voucher which I also declined as I thought this was an insult after having paid £45 for really late delivery and dead flowers and I have no intention of ever using this company again. The customer service is appalling and unless you send numerous e-mails of complaint they will not even answer you.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
