This is the first time I have used iFlorist and it was a total disaster. I clicked on the date advertised by the site to deliver the flowers by, selected 12 large roses to be delivered and the occassion was my marriage anniversary. The flowers had not reached even 2 days after the anniversary day, upon which I sent a mail. No reply. Sent another mail the next day and then a van appears at delivery address, the driver quickly drops the flowers at the door and runs. Luckily my wife saw the driver and collected the flowers from the doorstep, flowers were dead and totally out of specification. iFlorist then came back to me saying "They had delivered". When I confronted them, they said they were "sorry" and because they had actually delivered the flowers, they would not refund, instead offered me a £5 voucher. As if I am going to use their service again!
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
