Wrong flowers delivered on the wrong day!!

Mothers day surprise ruined by this company, Ordered and paid for some nice flowers for mothers day, not only did they deliver to the wrong number but a horrible bunch of flowers! paid for lemon sorbet, medium, my mother received approx. 6 stems of yellow flowers and 4 stems of white! paid extra for sunday delivery got delivered on Saturday, when I spoke to iflorist about this, I was told the flowers got delivered early because the company they used where inundated with sunday orders. So why then did they take my order and charge me for sunday delivery! absolutely gutted with what happened, got my delivery charge refunded, sent their complaints department pictures of what I ordered and what my mother had received, and demanded a full refund. Waiting to hear what they say. Will never use this company again.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Awfull - wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!

Failed to deliver my order. Tried to fob me off with "terms" that didn't relate to my case. Promised to let me know why the delivery hadn't happened but never did so. Closed the complaint case I'd opened without telling so (or why). Fortunately I'd paid by PayPal and used their complaints procedure to get my money back.

Never again! I urge you to note the mass of terrible reviews they've received, not to mention the apparently fake ones they seem to have posted themselves, and draw your own conclusions.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Do NOT order from iflorist

Ordered flowers for USA 6 weeks ago. Did not arrive. After referring this to customer services and two 'Thank you for your communication ...' responses with no follow up action, contacted again and finally received promise of investigation. I had to follow up again and then received promise again of investigation and also offer of an upgraded arrangement if I agreed. I did. That did not arrive either.

In meantime I could not track my enquiry in a straightforward way as the company had changed procedures, resulting in the need to register and create an account. I did this reluctantly and forwarded a comprehensive description of situation. No response. After several days, forwarded a 'prompt'! For the second time I asked for a refund by the end of the next working day. Silence again for some time until I prompted again and once more demanded immediate repayment. This resulted in two responses, one of which guaranteed repayment would be made within 72 hours. That has now happened this afternoon, slightly less than 72 hours later, 6 weeks and one day since initial order was made.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Use Flowerfete / iflorist at your own risk

Made the mistake of ordering from Flowerfete / iflorist without reading reviews. I fell for their "free delivery" con, where they promised free delivery on Valentine's Day. Needless to say, the flowers never showed up.

When I contacted them (they push you to some text based messaging system, for reasons that became apparent to me when it was too late), I received curt responses pointing me to some terms and conditions.

Con artists. Avoid.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Do not buy flowers from Flowerfete or iflorist

Do not buy flowers from Flowerfete or iflorist. I bought some flowers to be delivered on a specified date (a friend's birthday) but instead the flowers were delivered 3 days early and the courier dumped the flowers in the rain. I complained about this on several occasions over one whole month but did not receive. The manager said that they had a glitch with their email system and only the subject line was seen by their customer services team which is why they did not respond to my complaint - she said they were trying to fix this. It is not my fault they had a problem with their email system and could not communicate with customers!! Also if they were aware about this email glitch why did it take 1 whole month to fix? Surely it's something which could be fixed in a matter of hours (or at the most days).

I then had to chase up the complaint again and then only did I receive a reponse. They said they had a back log of orders and pushed the order through. I paid for flowers to be delivered on my chosen date but they failed to deliver on this... (Read the full review)

I placed an online order to iflorist on Wednesday 21 Jan 2015 and received email confirmation at 14:24, I had a query regarding my order at 15:41 which was replied to at 16:28.this order was for delivery to France on Friday 23 Jan 2015. As this was a surprise for my daughter and her partner to cheer them up at the end of a traumatic time I did not tell them about the surprise!!

As I had not heard anything by way of a thank you (which my daughter would have sent immediately on receipt) I made some enquiries via a third party as to whether the flowers had been received only to be told in the negative.

I visited iflorist site and left a ticket to enquire about delivery and received a reply 26 Jan 2015 to say my order had been processed. All good then, flowers will be delivered. NO SUCH LUCK!!! I further received an email on 26 Jan 2015 to say order was successfully allocated and will be delivered 23 Jan???? so no delivery has been made but they say it has been allocated and will be delivered on the date requested but very obviously wasn't. Flowers and chocolates were NOT delivered for Christmas

Using the INTERNATIONAL link on their website, I used this outfit on December 11th to send a Christmas bouquet and chocolates and a card to Germany, for delivery on December 23rd.

NOTHING was delivered on that date, nor since (review written December 29th).

Two emails go unanswered. The phone number provided has a recorded message saying that they are closed (today?).

I have initiated chargeback through my bank: they took the money on December 12th.

If I had done more research I would never have chosen this lot. The internet is full of appalling reviews - other than the obviously fake ones presumably submitted by their own staff.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Poor packaging and delivery

The flowers looked nothing like the picture. They looked like they had been put together by a school kid! sorry that is disrespectful to school kids!

Some of the flower stems were snapped and the flowers last 24 hours before they started to wilt.

Do not buy flowers from them!!

Flowers ordered look nothing like the flowers delivered and their 100% guarantee stands for NIL. Their customer service is very very slow and they offered me a £5 voucher....probably to buy their flowers. I refused and will go to court they are unscrupulous and couldn't care less. I will never use them again

IFlorist delivery in Spain

I ordered flowers called Blooming Delight (Delicia in Spain) and the receiver got nothing close to this group of flowers... they received daisy (yellow and White)... I complained to iFlorist in the UK and they sent a second order and it was white roses and a few of the flowers were brown. Although both flower arrangements were beautiful it was NOT what was ordered. If they are going to change the flora arrangement, at least let the customer know so either they can accept the change or cancel the order all together. I used another company before but I wanted a local florist in Spain, but I see that who ever iFlorist uses in Spain, can't deliver on what is ordered. I will not use this company again. The customer service in the UK was quick and responsive... their provider in Spain is giving them a bad name.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
