Ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered for 23 December 2013 but they never received them.could not get through to phone number supplied, sent 5-6 emails and still haven't received any response. My relative who never rec'd the flowers couldn't get through from the uk, very sad.Would never use or recommend anyone else to use ever.
Very poor customer service .

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
