My husband ordered me some flowers for Mother's Day and they didn't turn up. I contacted them the next day and was told that yes the order hadn't been dispatched due to an unusually high demand (well not that surprising as its Mother's Day..?) Who knows if/when they would've contacted me.

Was offered a free upgrade or my money back. Took the money and emailed a complaint but they still would only offer me 10% off next order. Didn't think it was great customer service and certainly won't be using them again and it was my first Mother's Day after having my baby girl :o(

Beware of eFlorist!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I have used eFlorist twice in the last couple of months and am about to use them again today.

Both the arrangements they made up were superb,one was in a basket and 5 weeks later it was still looking really good.

The quality of the flowers were very good,the arrangements looked stunning and the price was less than a lot of other sites, also i found the delivery charge less too.

They delivered when they stated and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a first class service.

In summary, I would recommend eFlorist to a friend.

After lots of research, I came to the conclusion that eFlorist offered the best price and fastest delivery time for a fresh Christmas wreath. So I placed my order at about 8pm on December 20th and was thrilled to receive the Christmas wreath around 1pm on December 21st. The arrangement literally took my breath away when I opened the door to the smiling delivery man. It is so beautiful. Credit obviously needs to go to the local florist who actually created the stunning Christmas wreath & kindly delivered it to my doorstep in record time, but eFlorist also deserve 5 stars for finding great local florists to work with.

In summary, I would recommend eFlorist to a friend.
