Shocking service and delivery... 3 days late had to fight for my money back nearly 6 phone calls... Only 10% complimentary after trying to ask for it. Shocking... Worst service I've ever known! Says highly trained in customer care ... False statement like the false advertising of it being delivered on the right day! It's shocking! Lisa at customer services was probably the most helpful, if they have my other details last women was rude and didn't care about customers actually coming back to them.
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
