I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. They did not turn up, no one called me to inform me of this. They just sent an email rearranging the delivery to an unsuitable day without consulting with me! I have canceled the delivery now and gone with a more reliable florist (which has turned out cheaper!). I'd recommend eflorist to anyone who really doesn't care if and when your flowers turn up.
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
