Having been with my girlfriend for 1 year, the ideal present was a beautiful bunch of flowers. Having ordered them 4 days in advance of our special occasion, I thought they would be there in time, 7 days after ordering them i'm still wondering where are the flowers that I ordered with my hard earned money?
Having sent their customer service department an email, 2 days later they decide to reply via email with a very poor excuse that doesn't justify their poor service. Not even a phone call was made to me to explain by these cowards.
I really hope I do get a refund off these people and I urge people read these reviews that we are providing and choose their suppliers wisely!
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
