I visited the website and was thrilled with the choice and offers a review site I went on the response was good, so I immediately put in my order and paid for it easy!!!! My order confirmed and paid for next day delivery. Problem started when I asked if it was possible to have a '50th balloon, instead of the one that was show that said 'Happy Birthday', which I had ordered and paid for all I wanted was this exchange, unfortunately I only read their reply in the evening which told me they were pleased to say they could supply a '50th balloon' for an additional cost of £9.99, nooooo.. I only wanted an exchange I emailed back late evening of the next day order only to receive a reply the next morning that my order had been cancelled, I was gutted, there was no telephone number and when I tried to email them I just got an automatic response. As far as personal service and customer service in my experience, it is rubbish.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
