Ordered flowers to be delivered a friend in Australia. There was an issue with it being Anzac Day as they were going to a business address, iflorist contacted me and asked for a home address so they could deliver them on Saturday 26th April- so far so good re customer service but it was all downhill from there.
Flowers weren't delivered on Saturday and when I contacted them on the Monday I was told that a "technical issue" had delayed delivery. I was frustrated but accepted these things could happen and was told that they'd be delivered on Tuesday...but they weren't. I had to continually chase iflorist for updates, after that first contact there was no proactive contact from them.
The flowers were eventually delivered on 1 May - very disappointing and such poor service.
I asked on Wednesday 30 April for my complaint to be escalated within customer service and as of 2 May it still hasn't been. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee statement on their website - doesn't seem accurate to me. I have stated I'd like a partial refund on the flowers given a) the late delivery and b) the fact I had to chase repeatedly. I stated I didn't want a money off voucher as I will never use them again, so what have they sent me...a £5 off my next order voucher. Unreal.
Will never use again, avoid is my advice.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
