This bunch of charlatans thought it would be ok to send my mother some tulips when I had paid for rather more expensive Freesias!! So the consumer (ME) did not get what he ordered and at NO point did anyone get in touch either by email or phone to let me know of this drastic change. The only plus point was that they arrived other than that it was a most disappointing transaction. I complained via email as they never answer their phones and they create a line of enquiry to make it look like they are dealing with your request and after sending one more email I have heard nothing. I will be reporting this to trading standards and any other organisation that I can inform in order to help all other members of the public.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
