The web site is easy and one can choose English. I was sending to a funeral in Spain and the problem started with the order page. The fill in demanded an apartment number and uI was sending to a funeral service. In the end I filled everything by repeating the address and the order went through. I received an e-mail with my account details and visited that sending Customer service a message explaining about their form. In response they asked for "a contact person for the delivery. Please sent us a Name and surname with a local phone number for the contact"

I had already given the phone number but the funeral service does not provide names - as an alternative I provided the web address. All seemed to be OK but when our friends told us they had not seen our tribute I logged in and was surprised to discover that the tracking function had disappeared. I contacted customer service and apart from an automated response heard nothing for two days until this morning I received an e-mail in Spanish from a firm called MRW. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister's restaurant opening in Chicago. I have been charged but flowers still not delivered 6 days later. No response whatsoever from Flora Queen Customer Support ( not ) I've lost £70 . This is theft and fraudulent advertising !

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

I specifically requested the order to arrive on a particular date which they confirmed it would. Order was never confirmed as delivered. After chasing them multiple times, they advised they delivered 3 days' later! When I asked for some compensation since they did not meet their 100% satisfaction guarantee plastered all over their website I received a curt response "I can not accept the refund "

Never use a company who does not meet it's own promise and does little to "delight its customers!"

Booked flowers 11:30pm UK time on Friday 12th September 2014, delivered a perfect bouquet to relative in Sidney as requested for am Monday 15th September 2014. Received confirmation at each stage of the process via e-mail. Happy Days.

In summary, I would recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

Never ever send flowers using this website. I send some flowers to another country through these guys but it is never delivered yet. they keep giving lame excuses every time like "technical problems" and "local agent issue". they now say the order is deliver but it not. they ruin my surprise and stole my money.

Despite the other negative reviews I read, I decided to just go for it, and order an $85(?) Bouquet. They arrived flawlessly on time, and my beautiful queen said they were the most beautiful and brightest red roses she had ever seen. To be honest, it was a bit expensive, obviously more expensive than a local florist, but to be fair, they do have the connections, and they are a business, and it truly was worth every penny. Reading other reviews, maybe I just got lucky, but I did book 2 weeks in advance, and gave all correct information. I am very satisfied, and I believe my girl is too, I recommend it if you have no way to get flowers across the Atlantic yourself. Thanks Floraqueen! May work with yall again

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend birthday. The flowers were never delivered! FlooraQueen claimed they left a note and called. No note was found and there was one missed call on my girlfriend phone. One missed call, which might wasn't even from them. That's how they deliver. We live in Luxembourg, a tiny place, where to track a person doesn't require a skill.

Lost £56, the customer support won't return the money. Ruined my day, as it supposed to be a surprise, as normally I don't buy flowers. First time I tried, failed, thanks to FlooraQueen.

Don't use. Avoid like a plague.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to another country for my daughters 21st birthday as she is a kids rep for a holiday company and due to illness I couldn't go over to celebrate. The office that everything is delivered to is a hours drive there and back, and only the manager drives so the post is collected once a week. Over a month ago I ordered the bouquet and arranged for the boss (unbeknown to my daughter) to make a special journey to collect the flowers on the evening of my daughters birthday, as to ensure the delivery will have taken place. She went back empty handed! 4 days later and I'm still waiting on 'a reply from the florist to confirm delivery' what delivery? It's not happened! Surely your florists should be contactable by floraqueen 24/7. There is no contact number to ring them on, and speak to managers ect, just a email type contact form online. It is no wonder a phone is not provided with the disgusting service.

They can't find the location there supposed to go to even when they have the correct address and then tried to deliver to the wrong location when it was clearified that the person wouldn't be there.

Insanely rude on the phone and have obviously no control of their partners across the world!

Don't send any flowers with them!

Consistently terrible service. One time they put my flowers in front of my door and left and another time they delivered the wrong bouquet and a box of cheap chocolates. YOU CANNOT CALL AND COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO NUMBER! They require that you ask the person who sent the flowers to make a complaint which obviously doesn't make sense. Don't order from them. Order directly from FTD.
