Worst delivery service I have ever experienced! I wanted a gift to be delivered on a specific date. I made my order 5 days in advance and they promptly charged my credit card. Nevertheless, one week AFTER the expected delivery date, my purchase HAD NOT been delivered. On top of that, their customer service replied my requests SEVERAL days after with lame excuses and absurd discounts to continue buying from them. What a future I can see for this company! I just hope everyone reads this comments BEFORE following me into this nightmare!!

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
