I specifically requested the order to arrive on a particular date which they confirmed it would. Order was never confirmed as delivered. After chasing them multiple times, they advised they delivered 3 days' later! When I asked for some compensation since they did not meet their 100% satisfaction guarantee plastered all over their website I received a curt response "I can not accept the refund "
Never use a company who does not meet it's own promise and does little to "delight its customers!"
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
