Just simple spam!!!

This is a freaking SPAM and DONT PURCHASE from them!!!!!!! They deliver NOTHING AT ALL on the day I requested, then I emailed them saying that I will dispute the transaction and make sure they receive no money at all. The next day they deliver the bouquet to the address WITHOUT KNOCKING THE DOOR, just QUIETLY QUICKLY SNEAKILY put down the bouquet at the door front and left. And the bouquet as expected, are absolutely no the same as what you purchased on their website, it’s NOT THE SAME COLOR, NOT FRESH, and the add on card and chocolates are NOT THERE as well!!!!!! They just simply a SPAM. So hopefully you could see this review and stop buying anything from them. And tell your friends too! (p.s. I’m going to dispute the money anyways cause these kind of spam company do not deserve in receive any money! I hope you do the same too to cut all these freaking jerks out.)
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

They don't deliver. They pretend they have and when found out make up lies about why they didn't and refuse a refund or redelivery. I don't believe this is a genuine company with any intention to provide the services they advertise
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

Ordered on 13th December, nothing arrived for Christmas, they did not answer my enquiry until 2nd attempt in January. They say that the address was wrong (no it wasn't but they put Germany instead of France) Now they say that because the address was wrong (didn't bother checking first) they do not give refunds! very bad customer support. I shall be a regular commenter on FloraQueen posts until I get a refund 😔
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

.The bouquet I chose was roses and several other varieties of flowers .The bouquet delivered had only roses and very few of them.The price of the flowers was £79.00 plus card and delivery charge amounting to £91.00 in total.The day after I ordered the price had dropped by £40.00.I am angry and disappointed at being flagrantly cheated in this manner. I would actively discourage anyone from using this company.
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers and a bottle of body lotion to be delivered to my sister, who was hospitalized in another country. Right after I placed the order, I realized I had forgotten to buy a vase. I immediately contacted them to modify my order. I placed the order on Wednesday, to be delivered Friday. They told me it was too late to enclose a vase. I complained, and we went back a forth on it. They just kept saying it was too late, even though it was a full two days. How incompetent is that? They couldn't sell me a vase, even though I wrote right after placing my order? Then, instead of delivering the flowers on Friday, she didn't get them until the following Monday, MINUS the lotion! Fortunately, the hospital had some vases on hand. My sister said the flowers were very pretty and fresh. The lotion was credited to my account after I complained. I would never use this company again.
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

Stick with Interflora. This company is a joke. There is no customer service number and no one answers emails. My mom's birthday flowers failed to be delivered and my local contact received a message saying there was a problem with the address...there wasn't. The address was correct. My order online was showing as 'delivered' when it had not been. No solution offered, No one called to sort out the delivery. Radio silence! I am completely unable to get in touch with anyone from the company. They have no number and do not answer emails. These people are scam artists. I have no idea where the flowers are or if I will get my money back. An absolutely joke of a business. Worst yet my brother's wedding flowers & champagne are ordered with them and due to be delivered next week. I am sick with worry that they will not turn up either. What a disgrace this company is. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I have since seen their online reviews which are terrible, with many other customers experiencing the same thing I did.

Paid £60 for flowers which were never delivered. Not given a reason why and no response. No contact number to get in touch with them...just an email which they don't respond to.
Please don't use this company....because you will waste your money!!!!!!

I ordered some flowers for my family while they were away for holiday in Spain.
It did not get delivered and I got an email saying the address is not full. I asked what information was missing but no one replied me for like a week.
They also had the recipient's and my phone numbers to call for directions, but never bothered as it was not a Spanish number.
Only later I noticed I still got charged for it. Emailed them again, just to get an answer saying they don't take responsibility for not delivering if the address is incorrect. Still not sure whats wrong with the address as my family managed to find it, don't see why a local driver couldn't.
Do not order from this company, they don't respect their clients and customer service is horrendous.
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

The web site is easy and one can choose English. I was sending to a funeral in Spain and the problem started with the order page. The fill in demanded an apartment number and uI was sending to a funeral service. In the end I filled everything by repeating the address and the order went through. I received an e-mail with my account details and visited that sending Customer service a message explaining about their form. In response they asked for "a contact person for the delivery. Please sent us a Name and surname with a local phone number for the contact"
I had already given the phone number but the funeral service does not provide names - as an alternative I provided the web address. All seemed to be OK but when our friends told us they had not seen our tribute I logged in and was surprised to discover that the tracking function had disappeared. I contacted customer service and apart from an automated response heard nothing for two days until this morning I received an e-mail in Spanish from a firm called MRW. After translation it says our tribute was delivered on the day at 11:24... (Read the full review)

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister's restaurant opening in Chicago. I have been charged but flowers still not delivered 6 days later. No response whatsoever from Flora Queen Customer Support ( not ) I've lost £70 . This is theft and fraudulent advertising !
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
