My wife was on a 2 week work trip in Helsinki. I thought it would be nice to send her some flowers over the weekend so that she could have them for the second week. I went on Friday and selected Saturday delivery, which it showed as available on the website. I was informed over 24 hours later that they would not be delivered on Saturday and that it would be TUESDAY before they could get them delivered. They were delivered on Tuesday and she got to enjoy them for all of 3 days before she had to leave. I was VERY disappointed and let customer service know. Their solution was to offer me a 30% discount on my NEXT order. There will NOT be a next order.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral in Australia asking them to be delivered by a certain time(12.00 noon) and on the 30th May 2012. Having placed this order with Floraqueen I thought that we would have no problem. Well that was the biggest mistake of my life, the flowers never arrived, and as this was the only way we could say goodbye to our Uncle we feel very upset and angry that they did not deliver them. Even though they said they had been delivered, and left on the door step because they said no one was in. My relation was at home all morning till 13.30pm waiting for the flowers to arrive. Even though on Floraqueen web site they say they will contact the person before delivery TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN! We are still waiting to hear which florist they used In Australia so my relation can contact them to find out what happened.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

Sent flowers to my mum for her special birthday on the 13th of March 2012 and requested specific time. I wanted to surprise her, so I went for the large bouquet of flowers for which I paid around 60 Euros.

When I asked my mother about the flowers, she was not impressed and quite dissapointed, as they sent flowers worth £10 (not joking). Any Tesco, Asda, or corner shop will deliver better than that. I asked my mother to take a picture of it and it was nothing like it.

Hence, I made a complaint to Flora Queen , and they reply saying that the flowers where very expensive that week so they could not make it bigger (what is the purpose of the picture then??). I guess they can always reply the same to every single customer and...you make the numbers (nice way to make money, isn't).

I complaint again and that excuse was unacceptable and I asked them to do something about it. Well, they came back saying that they will refund 10% (£5???) and 40% discount on my next purchase. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 6th, but were not delivered.

After filing a complaint/claim, customer service informed me that the flowers were confirmed with florist to be delivered on the 4th and my claim was closed.

They did not check my order at all and I did not get my flowers at all. Very poor customer service.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

A Huge THANK YOU!!!! to the staff at floraqueen for saving my day. i placed an order on valentines day, and the site only gave me an option to send flowers for the next day as it was a holiday in Barcelona, Spain. However i immediately contacted the customer service at floraqueen and within 30mins the date was changed to the same day.

I have used floraqueen before without a problem, everything went so smoothly so i didnt get a chance to experience their customer service, however having used them for the second time, i can really say they are truly wonderful and helpful. I havent come across any business that really makes the customer happy until now.

The Roses i sent are called "forever in love" and consists of six other gifts including a teddy, vase and chocolates. My misses was very happy upon recieving them, they were BETTER than they looked on the site. the delivery was on time, and the courier was very polite.

Would never recommend to anyone. Failed to deliver my flowers for my grandfathers funeral. An absolute disgrace to florists nationally. They could give no reason as to why the florist had not delivered them. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!

I would never recommend using this company. I ordered flowers from Flora Queen to be delivered to my grandaughter at her school for her 13th birthday. Her birthday was October 28th, it is now November 5th and after several promises that they would be delivered, they still have not been delivered. And now they do not even respond to my emails. I wanted her 13th to be very special for her and am furious that a florist would handle business this way
