I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered flowers and a bottle of body lotion to be delivered to my sister, who was hospitalized in another country. Right after I placed the order, I realized I had forgotten to buy a vase. I immediately contacted them to modify my order. I placed the order on Wednesday, to be delivered Friday. They told me it was too late to enclose a vase. I complained, and we went back a forth on it. They just kept saying it was too late, even though it was a full two days. How incompetent is that? They couldn't sell me a vase, even though I wrote right after placing my order? Then, instead of delivering the flowers on Friday, she didn't get them until the following Monday, MINUS the lotion! Fortunately, the hospital had some vases on hand. My sister said the flowers were very pretty and fresh. The lotion was credited to my account after I complained. I would never use this company again.
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
