Don't let Floraqueen ruin your special day I wish I had seen the reviews here before ordering with floraqueen as my experience seems to match with the others

Ordered 'precious purity a beautiful white bouquet from Floraqueen.com site to be delivered before 13:00:

Floraqueen Flowers arrived at 1900 -was willing to overlook this but ......
Horrible orange bunch of flowers not resembling the bouquet from the site
Had paid extra for the delux version -it's the smallest bunch (not a bouquet) of flowers I've ever had deliverered for nearly £60
The total on my order was £57 but a mysterious £1.02 was added to my bill have asked for clarification but no response received although they did respond to say they haven't received my previous mails
Flowers sent not from a traditional florist but one specials end in funerals -and you could tell thanks Floraqueen!!!

There is no number to call Floraqueen only a messaging system that is frustrating and sometimes fails to work- Floraqueen are slow to respond and have said they have not receive any of the photos I have sent them of the disgraceful bunch of flowers that arrived

I ordered flowers for a close family member who was having an operation overseas. I requested that the flowers be delivered on the 31st, the day she was due to arrive at the hospital and have the operation. The flowers I ordered were not received although 4 other bouquets were delivered for her by other companies.

Despite my relatives best efforts to sort it out with the company the flowers were not delivered. FLORAQUEEN made some comment about not having a room number - even though my instructions were to deliver the flowers to the hospital reception. A week later, no flowers had been received, my relative is now back home and has had a message from FLORAQUEEN asking for feedback on their service!!

I am very upset that my relative did not receive the flowers on that day as it was my way of letting her know I was thinking of her despite not being able to be with her. If you care about getting the service for which you have paid then don't use this company. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

WHERE ARE OUR GUARANTEES??? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???

We have no ability to leave adequate, honest feedback in their site. All those comments were lies! Their feedback system is useless! It goes directly to customer service if it's bad and they get to post the positive ones, nothing to warn others in their site. And so, I'm here....

I can't believe how many people this company is duping in here. And I'm embarrassed to say that I'm one of their victims. I've been a customer since 2011 and I've been buying averaging from $120-$180 and had about 8 order since. Since this is the only company I know that can deliver to Switzerland, I still kept on buying through them for the same recipient. Flowers to be delivered to Switzerland is not that cheap. 1 bouquet in euros(they don't charge in francs) can cost you $139.00. That's about $185.95 in dollars for a bouquet.

Order for 55euros of flowers, didn't deliver the vase with it. Don't want to reimburse it. Need 7 days to answer each email.

I used them to send flowers for my mother's birthday. I put in my order over a week ahead of the actual day. The website stated it will be delivered on the time.

On the actual birthday day, they proceed to send me an email letting me know the flowers were delivered.

This would all be good... Except when I called my mother to wish her happy birthday, she had not received the flowers!

I checked the address I had given them. It was correct. I re-read their email, it says delivered.

I emailed them demanding to rectify their mistake. Not a response back.

Not an apology , not a response , nothing back.

Do not trust them with your orders if you need them on a specific day.
Order only if you don't mind having zero customer service.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

Flowers - Gifted to our friend as a special Thank you for the entertainment she arranged at her 70th Birthday..

What arrived LOOKED older than she does !
Avoid FLORAQUEEN as we shall.

No after sales service/care JUST GET OUT CLAUSES ?

Please please do not waste your money with this company.I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine to be delivered to friends of my sons in Germany as a thank-you for having him stay with them for a week . The flowers arrived but not as ordered and the wine which was not cheap was omitted, on purpose I would believe, much in line with what other reviewers have found.. This company will take your money and cheat you all the way down the line. How I wish I had seen this website before I ordered with them. This is a classic case of buyer beware and hopefully you will read this before you waste your hard earned money with this company.

In summary, I would recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

Is There Less Than 1 Star?

This is the 3rd year that I've placed an order with Floraqueen - all for the same birthday. The first 2 years were fine, so I had a reasonable expectation that this one would be ok too. Well, I got a confirmation for the order, then a verification that the delivery would take place on time, and then... nothing. The delivery time came and went, then the day came and went, and the next. In the meantime I had sent off emails asking what the problem was - and 2 days after the delivery date received a lame excuse about a "logistical problem". Then, they offered a "redilivery" (sic) a couple of days later. I responded that I deserved a full refund, and that they still needed to deliver the flowers. I then got a new response stating that the best they could do was provide me a 15% discount. That was also unacceptable to me, and I spelled out that reasoning. So, we are still in the "negotiation" phase, and I expect to get this resolved one way or another very shortly.

I regret to say that I was disappointed and quite angry with the service provided. What was supposed to be a nice surprise ended up giving a lot of extra stress. My friend lives in France and is an elderly person whose health is not good and my intention was to bring her a smile with a lovely bunch of sunflowers.
Now, the 'package ' came when she was absent. The company in charge of delivery was unable to tell her what the package contained and neither to whom it came from. After two phone calls, she declined the flowers ( still not knowing where it came from?) when she was told to go and get it herself in their office miles away (she does not drive) and she also said that if it was flowers they would not be good after 3 days in a box!!!
I am really furious at the lack of professionalism of Floraqueen who did not answer my written complaint.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.

My Flora Queen order No 14577182.

Flora Queen is bad news, bad business and crooked and useless as the employees working for them!

The "money back guarantee" stated in their site is crap, a lie and rubbish. 
I paid £150 for a wreath to be delivered in Belgium for a funeral. When delivered, it was not a wreath at all. It was just a medium bouquet of cheap yellow field flowers. I have never got till this day any answer from my complaint. I have even sent them picture of the item received. They are not to be trusted, they take your money and run. They are bad news, bad business. Go to a reputable flower outfit like FTD.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
