My husband ordered me some flowers for Mother's Day and they didn't turn up. I contacted them the next day and was told that yes the order hadn't been dispatched due to an unusually high demand (well not that surprising as its Mother's Day..?) Who knows if/when they would've contacted me.
Was offered a free upgrade or my money back. Took the money and emailed a complaint but they still would only offer me 10% off next order. Didn't think it was great customer service and certainly won't be using them again and it was my first Mother's Day after having my baby girl :o(
Beware of eFlorist!
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
