Failed to deliver to recipient because she was out agreed date (Delivery was not attempted until 6.30. Didn't redeliver until 5 days later by which time surprise the flowers were dead. Took me 5 days to get a response from customer service who refunded my money but offers no recompense- very disappointed!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Thank you next for letting me down with a delivery . No real explanation given as to why the flowers for my sister never turned up. Then to add insult to injury the customer service line took 20 mins to answer my call, then offered a redelivery 2 days later. Very poor , can't recommend this service.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Ordered a pail of flowers for my daughter on her home coming with our new granddaughter.
I was very disappointed in them. It didn't look much like the advertised picture only half the flowers that it should of had. There was two options small or large, ordered large but looked like the small. Will not be using Next for flowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Had a lovely bouquet delivered as a thank you. After 3 days all the roses were limp. Phoned to complain and a second bouquet was delivered a few days later. These roses lasted even less! 2days before they started to wilt. Currently trying to revive them up to their necks in water but clearly after all the poor reviews we have just read, the supplier is doing something wrong. Next please take note as we could not find a facility to contact you by email directly.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Had next flowers delivered to my sister for her birthday, on the website they looked really lovely and was happy with the choice I made. When I went to see her 4 days after they we're delivered they we're already looking limp and we're dying. Defiantly won't be getting anymore flowers from next. Wasted my money and not very happy at all.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Absolutely disgraceful service.We used next flowers once previously and they arrived 3 days late.We assumed this was a one off.My parents ordered a bouquet and chocolates for me and each of my 2 sisters.They all arrived on the day.However,mine was left on the doorstep in the street (we dont have a porch or anything) despite my neighbours being home all day.As a result the chocolates liquified and the flowers were limp.My sister(in a different town) was home all day but discovered them on the doorstep that evening.Nobody had rung the doorbell or put a card through the door.Once again,liquid chocolates.My other sister (again in a different town) found hers on the ground floor of her block of flats the following morning.She lives on the first floor and again,was home all day.Once again,nobody rang the door bell or left a card or anything.When I called to complain they would only discuss my delivery even though it was all the same order.They refused to answer when I asked what instructions were given to their delivery drivers as this obviously isnt just a local problem.

Managed to convince my mum to call and complain.They offered more flowers but whats the point?Eventually offered some gift... (Read the full review)

I received what should have been a delightful surprise from my daughter on the occasion of my retirement. I opened my front door only to see a delivery person getting back into his van and on seeing me he pointed to the box on my doorstep and said "flowers".

The box was very battered and on opening I found a very sad looking arrangement. Two beautiful rose heads had come off their stems as had a Gerbera head. All the stocks had lost the top of their heads and another Gerbera was hanging of its stem all the other flowers were wilting.
I rang my daughter to thank her for the kind thought but had to tell her about the condition of the delivery, she had paid a lot of money!!

She rang customer services who said they would deliver some more tomorrow and refund the money which I am trusting they will do!

Personally I would not waste my money on this service but instead buy a bunch from my local supermarket or garage better still a local florist where the flowers are better and last longer.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my granddaughter to be delivered on the day of her prom. The flowers that she received were nothing like the picture of what I ordered. She got 5 white rose buds, 4 lilac rose buds and 1 lily plus a couple of bits of greener, the whole lot looked liked it had seen better days.
Will never use NEXT again and will not be recommending them to anyone either.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

A bouquet arrived for Mother's day. It looked lovely for two days. Then the roses wilted, closely followed by the other flowers. The entire bouquet was finished and discarded by the Thursday. The flowers lasted 4 1/2 days. Very poor value. It made me question how long they had been sitting in a warehouse prior to delivery. The flowers were a disgrace.
Nextflowers agreed to replace with another bouquet. One flower arrived broken. The roses again wilted and died within 3 days closely followed by the daisies. The phlox were disintregating around the vase from the moment of arrival.
I would welcome the opportunilty to discuss this with Next flowers and indeed intend to pursue it.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Mothers Day bouquet arrived impressively 'on the day' a Sunday! However although it looked beautiful and remained so for a couple of days some six days later seven out of the eight roses included have disintegrated and rotted off at the top of the stem.
Clearly this is not good enough. Roses from local supermarkets last longer.
I have been offered a replacement bouquet.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
