Ordered for Tuesday delivery did not arrive. Complained and they promised Wednesday 12.30 to 2.30. My sister in law waited in again and after delivery time had passed went to leave house and found them on doorstep, delivery driver had not bothered to ring the bell. Very limp flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

First time ordering flowers with Next, will definitely not use them again. Flowers did not arrive on the delivery date, Evri courier to blame here. The quality of the flowers was terrible, very small bunch of almost dead stems. I was embarrassed and upset when the recipient told me what they eventually received. I certainly don't recommend them for flower delivery. I should have read reviews before ordering from Next.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I was lucky enough to receive a bouquet of flowers from a friend for my birthday. The colours of the flowers were beautiful but sadly some flowers were limp and droopy and two different kinds looked dead. I followed the instructions given in the hope they would revive but only two days later some looked fit for the bucket.
Looking on the website at the price my friend paid no way were they worth the price even if they had been perfect.
I am not saying to my friend as she would be most upset luckily for this reason only I'm glad she doesn't stay near me and call in.
Packaging was fine, instructions fine but most importantly flowers were not. Saddens me to say Lidl and Aldi flowers at a quarter of the price last a lot longer as I would of thought Next would of made sure of the quality before putting their name to them.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

My dear friend ordered me these flowers after a recent bereavement. The first delivery came and two sets of blooms were dying by the next day. I reported this to Next who immediately offered a replacement but sadly felt it necessary to inform my friend something I had said during the conversation I didn't want to happen as I knew she would be bitterly disappointed. The second delivery came and the display which was meant to be white blooms now had some that were tinged quite a lot with pink and two blooms included in the first delivery were missing but in their place there was a lot of leaves and twigs. Within two days the same blooms that had died in the first delivery had also died. All of the roses only lasted about four days. So now I have a bucket of leaves and twigs which I find outrageous as I found out they charge £45 for this.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I was so disappointed with the flowers I received from via Next a former client. The box was broken dumped on my doorstep, no notification it had arrived. They were sent as a surprise thank you. They looked half dead. I followed The instructions and 5 days later, they are beautiful, so don’t give up be patient and I hope you will be pleasantly surprised.
I would like to have shown a photo but there is no opportunity.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

My wife received flowers from a friend, following her mother's death.in the morning I discovered a box,propped against the back garden wall it had rainedcall night and the flowers were destroyed. There was no note through the door and there were covered areas available. A call to the help centre,received an apology,and promise new flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Obviously my wife was very upset .
The next day returning at noon,my wife looked to see if they had been delivered. Again,propped in the same place,no note in the letterbox,thankfully it hadn't rained.
Shockingly the flowers gad Obviously been packed for some time they were pressed,half dead and totally wilted,my wife was distraught, and nit getting satisfaction from the helolp line,phoned next complaints direct.
Again very sorry,but we did not want more upsets.we immediately asked for a refund direct to our friends account.
This was done,with another apology.
Not only did we nit need this upset at this time ,I cannot understand how next can use a florist, capable of this,and a courier system that does not work.

Ordered flowers for a friends birthday.

Cannot comment on the flowers as not received. Did not get delivered on selected date, followed by an email the following day advising they could not be delivered due to damage beyond repair by the Evri courier!

Wish I’d read other reviews before ordering

Would give 0 review but not an option

Mother’s day delivery. No good points!!!!
Three spindly rose plants .
One bud snapped off.
The. other two loose in a very dry, very small pot.
Never flowered.
No relation to advertised picture.
An absolute “con”
Can I report it —— no!
!It was a gift and I’m not the account holder.
For a better quality. Buy at Lidl or Aldi and send in a taxi.

SAME PRiCE -100% better VALUE

Arrived on time sent to me for celebration.
Followed instructions but didn’t perk up.
Such a lovely thought but wasted money.
Had lots of flowers on line and in person on the day from various sites all beautiful, except these.
Avoid.

What a disgrace.Flowers arrived in a large box,probably needed for the glass vase enclosed.That was the only thing decent.Flowers were dull,wilting and would not fill the glass vase by half.So so upset at the thought my son had wasted money and chosen you to send me my Mothering Day flowers.You probably realised not many mothers would complain to their son/daughter.
No good points at all and will definitely make him (later on in year)and anyone else aware of horrible experience and not recommend to buy from you again.
