Placed the order on the Monday before Mothering Sunday - giving plenty of time for delivery on the Saturday. No flowers arrived. I have three siblings - their flowers arrived in time for Mothering Sunday via Interflora!! Says it all really. My Mother waited until the following Friday before admitting that she had not received a bouquet from me. I was heart-broken and immediately called Next customer services to complain. They apologised profusely and sent out a complimentary bouquet which arrived on the Saturday evening (unbeknown to my parents when they discovered the flowers on the porch the following day when the paperboy arrived with the Sunday papers).
The replacement bouquet lasted 3 days. My brothers' flowers were still going strong some 2 weeks later!
I called Customer Services again to advise them that the flowers were of poor quality and that they had been dumped on the doorstep. I also mentioned that I have still not received the refund despite being promised this some 2.5 weeks ago.
Looking at the other reviews, there is a trend throughout the whole Next 'experience' which has been going on for some time: Poor quality of product and poor delivery system is obviously at the root of the problem.
Finaly - Editor - your review sounds like your wording has been provided by the Next PR team and not a true reflection on what is actually going on!!
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
