My wife received flowers from a friend, following her mother's death.in the morning I discovered a box,propped against the back garden wall it had rainedcall night and the flowers were destroyed. There was no note through the door and there were covered areas available. A call to the help centre,received an apology,and promise new flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Obviously my wife was very upset .
The next day returning at noon,my wife looked to see if they had been delivered. Again,propped in the same place,no note in the letterbox,thankfully it hadn't rained.
Shockingly the flowers gad Obviously been packed for some time they were pressed,half dead and totally wilted,my wife was distraught, and nit getting satisfaction from the helolp line,phoned next complaints direct.
Again very sorry,but we did not want more upsets.we immediately asked for a refund direct to our friends account.
This was done,with another apology.
Not only did we nit need this upset at this time ,I cannot understand how next can use a florist, capable of this,and a courier system that does not work.
Sorry,but this is a true experience, don't put yourself, or anyone else through it.
