Flowers arrived in thin letterbox style box. I am not a fan of these new type letterbox flowers from any company. I've yet to receive a box that are not dead on arrival and even the kiss of life will never revive a flower sent through the post in heat with no water.
A real waste of the persons money who is sending them.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Received Gift flowers from family, feel they have been robbed as lots of protective packaging holding a few wilted flowers.

Had to use a drinking glass to display as not enough blooms for vase.

Extremely creative on Web site as photograph bears little resemblance to what arrives.

Seems like wrongful advertising.

Will never recommend Next for gifts/flowers by post.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I had to find a small jug to put some broken, wilting pathetic looking flowers. They were at best 15cm tall, nothing remotely like the picture.
No amount of care can revive them.
Absolutely shocking, a friend send them for my birthday and I am so sorry she wasted her money.
Have tried to complain but no response.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Not happy with what was delivered. Not even half the flowers in delivery that were on the picture not value for money at all

I received flowers for my 70th birthday yesterday from a very dear friend. The flowers were wilted and unfit to display. I am unable to say anything to my friend as I do not want to appear to be ungrateful and spoil her kind gesture.

The flowers are nothing like they are shown on line and that is very deceiving.

This is the second time I have received flowers from next and those flowers were every bit as bad and I left a review then. Next need to take on board the bad reviews they are getting and do something to improve their service otherwise what's the point of being asked to leave a review.

Please if you are planning to send flowers for whatever reason do not use Next

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I received flowers for my 70th birthday from a very good friend. The flowers were an absolute disgrace. They were wilted and not fit to be displayed. I am unable to say anything as I do not want to seem ungrateful and upset my friend. This is the second time I have received flowers from next from another friend and they were every bit as bad.

The flowers are nothing like their picture advertised on line which is very deceiving.

Next need to take on board and do something about the bad reviews they are getting. Or what's the point of leaving a review,

I am giving 1 star only because I can't give 0. Ordered a peace lily for my daughter as a congratulations for her promotion. Asked for delivery 2 days later. No delivery arrived. Contacted Next to be told sorry, this is very rare, despite me having had a similar experience previously on another order. Charge was refunded with delivery not possible until 2 days later. When I said I wasn't happy, the call handler said I will pass your feedback on to the relevant parties. I pushed harder and she agreed to actually raise a complaint, rather than for me off with empty words. I await her feedback, which I'm sure will have no teeth, as this company don't seem to learn from past mistakes.

Delivery day arrives and so does the peace lily..however it is a sorry mess compared to the picture they display online. 2 of the lily stems were broken and there was soil all over the inside of the delivery box. Leaves on the plant are drooping so I can only guess that this is the original.plant that I ordered 4 days previously that has sat around unwatered and uncared for. I received a letterbox bouquet as a birthday present..they were half dead and the leaves were droopy and brown.

I put them in a vase and followed the Instructions but the following day the leaves and petals had fallen off. I took photos and rang customer services who promised a replacement, I'm still waiting almost a week later.

I don't like the thought of a family member wasting their money.

My sister received a bouquet from her grandson from M&S £5 which are far superior to this bunch of dead stems.

Don't waste your money in these flowers.

My friend sent me flowers as I was ill with Covid 19. When they were delivered the box was soaking wet and torn at the top . There were very few flowers which were very poor , looked about a week old and dry. I don’t know how much my friend paid but it was probably worth £5 from the local garage . No card was included . After I complained to Next they sent another box , this bunch was 3 x bigger and fresh . I can’t understand how Next can allow this to happen time and time again . I would never use or recommend Next flowers again .

I recently received one of your Yellow Roses (Friendship) in a pot, for my 65th birthday. When it arrived, chocolates which were with it, were sitting on the top flattening rose a little. After less than a week rose totally limp and died. Wasn't in a hot room or sitting in the sun. I decided to call Next. Was transferred to your flower department, explaining why I was calling. A very pleasant and helpful lady totally understood how I felt, and apologised. Without hesitation she said that a replacement rose and chocolates would be sent to me.. I received replacement today Monday, it's lovely. I do hope it's lasts longer than the first one.!!!!!

One suggestion I would make to your packaging, to mark on the box TOP (for top of box) or THIS WAY UP.
This, unfortunately makes me think twice about ordering flowers/plants from Next, in the future.
