Organised delivery of the
Especially for you flowers and vase
For my mum's birthday.

The worst bouquet of flowers ever.

On arrival, all the flowers looked like they were 10 days old and ready to be thrown out. Flowers were flagging, droopy and some were even dead.

A massive disappointment.

I'm waiting on an email reply from customer email services but I phoned the customer services who were helpful and refunded me. What else could they do really - I didn't want a replacement bouquet from Next!!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

The website display and photos were nothing like what arrived for a friend's birthday gift. The planter I ordered looked awful and it was so embarrassing when I received a thank you photo from my friend.

Very poor quality.

The delivery of the happy birthday flowers from NEXT .
was on time.
However the flowers were absolutely tiny & lasted 2 days .
The bouquet was so small & didn’t contain many flowers.
Not like description at all
I could of spent the money in M&S & made an arrangement 3 times the size .
Very dissatisfied. Won’t be ordering NEXT flowers again !

What a disappointment and embarrassment, had the escape to the chateau flowers delivered to the restaurant table while dining with a friend for her birthday. How poor they were, very few flowers a fair amount of greenery drooping and half dead looking on arrival. No amount of care over the next few days could revive them. Positive point they arrived on the right day. I Would not recommend as poor quality

Flowers looked dead on arrival, no amount of TLC could help; cookies were ok but not worth the extra £5. Wouldn’t recommend Next for flowers.

Flowers didn’t even turn up so they will be a day old when they arrive for friends birthday ..so angry will never use Next Directory again!

The bouquet I received cost £30 how Next warrant charging this I will never know. I tiny bunch of roses, with a few berry springs and 3 other wilted dried up other flowers, not sure what they were. All in a grey plastic box. I am sure the sender looked at the promotional picture on the website and thought they would be a lovely gift I haven't said anything to them and Next don't give you an option of leaving reviews on their website I winder why?!!! A week later they have died too appalling value for money

Box arrived wet and damaged, attempted to fill water bag as instructions, water everywhere, bag was split at bottom. put flowers in a vase what a poor display, no more than a fivers worth from the supermarket, roses wilted and had to be discarded after 3 days. The sender paid £30 for these thinking he was sending something special for mothers day, very disappointing. Cannot work out why it was called a "berry burst" not a berry in it! Good points, none.

Would give no stars if I had the option !!! My daughter spent a lot of money on Mothers Day on flowers for me , they came half dead , brown and broken !!!! No good points at all !!! Would advise people not to buy flowers from Next !!!

On my 80th birthday I received a flower arrangement from Next Flowers in a VERY large cardboard box.
Inside was a wilting,heads falling off, SMALL bunch of flowers, about one foot high and a grey small wooden
box to hold the flowers. My son had paid £30 for this. I could have bought these flowers in Aldi for £5!
All day bouquets of beautiful flowers were handed in for me, some M&S,Tesco etc. NONE cost £30!

I was so sad when my son came in the evening and saw what he had paid £30 for compared to the other flowers. He said the online photo of his flower arrangement looked so much bigger.

The next day I contacted Next where a polite assistant apologised and arranged for me to get another
delivery of flowers.

I would not recommend flowers from Next.
