I was very disappointed with this bunch of bouquet. As in the picture it showed a large brunch but when received it looked even smaller then one that is standard size. Also the flowers did not fit in the gift bag and had no support inside the bag, so for this the flower bunch kept flopping everywhere. And as for the roses in the bunch they were bruised and flopped from the neck of the stem, and where looking very dry. These flowers were meant to be presented for a 50th Birthday, I actually had to go and buy another bunch from local florist so I ended up paying twice as much then I set out to. I Definitely will not be ordering flowers again from Next.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

My Boss sent me your June bouquet in recognition of my retirement;an unexpected surprise
They were delivered by a delightful gentleman on Saturday 3rd June 2017 .
As I opened the enormous box in which they were delivered and I unwrapped the selection I was very conscious that they were far from fresh.The roses were already turning brown on the outer petals and the stocks were shrivelled on their extremities.My best efforts and tlc sees them now looking even more sad and failing to revive.

Most disappointing and very sad;Iwill not be advising the sender as that would be most unkind in respect of the thoughtful gesture.

I will not personally using your service in the future and as indicated I will not be recommending to friends

My sisters sent a bought a bouquet of flowers from Next for my 70 birthday, which was last week.

I told my sisters they were lovely , not knowing what they had paid for them , when I opened the box two flower stems had broken in half , next morning a few flowers had wilted ,I also had to refil the water,

I went on line to see how much they had paid, I was shocked at how few flowers I got for what they had paid , the bunch was same as £7.50 bunch from Tesco or Lidl.

I Thought hard before I decided to let my sisters know, knowing they would be very upset., hopefully they have been in touch with next.

I wouldn't recommend any one to buy flowers from next.

Only good point is that the bouquet was delivered on time. The quality of the bouquet was very poor as the roses in the bouquet were dying within three days and were dead in five. I was left with a small flower vase of greenery and a few large daisy type flowers. All were dead within a week.

Packaging was excessive.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Wanted to treat my sister for her wedding.
Purchased the gift set with a bottle of wine for £45.
When they arrived I was shocked. The roses looked half dead and the bunch was pitiful. Called and explained, disgusted. Got through to a manager eventually who was willing to send another crap bunch (I declined) eventually got a £45 full refund.
Don't accept rubbish, false advertising and get a refund if you're not happy!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I needed flowers for Mother's Day and thought I'd order from Next as I'd ordered from them years ago and was quite impressed. The standard has dropped dramatically since then. I was quite shocked when I saw the pitiful arrangement that was delivered. They looked like something I'd picked up from the local petrol station not something I'd spent more than £30 on. Two of the flowers were broken and rest didn't look very healthy at all. It also seemed a very small bouquet and supermarkets do much more impressive displays for half the price. I will never order flowers from Next again and would advise anyone else to avoid them unless you have money to burn.

Received bouquet of the month from a colleague £26 and £3.99 for delivery. I am currently off work sick. The Roses were brown and wilted around the edges. The gift box card and tissue paper were soaked right through. They died after 4 days!! I emailed customer services who sent replacement bouquet which was just as disappointing as the first with wilted roses and soaking packaging. Even the cardboard box was soaked right through. Emailed customer services back to advise. Told them I appreciated the gesture but would never buy or recommend flowers from Next based on my experience. They have sent a £20 gift card in post so worth complaining if you are unhappy. The flowers on sale in supermarkets are a fraction of the price and look much better and last much longer so save your money and go elsewhere.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my partners birthday.....I had a voicemail to contact Next at 1pm on the due date and every time I rang it told me I was in a 15 minute queue. The flowers didn't appear.I rang the next day and a very apologetic member of staff offered to upgrade the bouquet and add chocolates. They were delivered 3 days late with only what can be described as wilting.....brown around the edges flowers....Will never order from Next again.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers for my friends 50th's birthday. They were not delivered on the day and Next couldn't tell me why. They couldn't deliver the next day. This is very disappointing and I won't be ordering from them again. Get your act together Next!

Avoid ordering flowers from Next!! On two occasions I have been let down by them. Firstly I ordered a bouquet for my mums birthday - they didn't arrive on the day and instead were left on a neighbours doorstep with no note and the box was battered! The second occasion was for my mother in laws birthday and they didn't arrive again on the day I ordered them for. I spoke to customer service and they said they had been loaded on the van at 7am that morning - they were finally delivered the next day at 1.30pm (29 hours) after!!!! This is an appalling service especially when a small bouquet costs almost £30! The courier service need to learn to look after these deliveries as both of my orders were delivered (eventually) squashed and battered! Would definitely not recommend ordering from Next Flowers!!!
