AVOID!!!!!!

Placed the order on the Monday before Mothering Sunday - giving plenty of time for delivery on the Saturday. No flowers arrived. I have three siblings - their flowers arrived in time for Mothering Sunday via Interflora!! Says it all really. My Mother waited until the following Friday before admitting that she had not received a bouquet from me. I was heart-broken and immediately called Next customer services to complain. They apologised profusely and sent out a complimentary bouquet which arrived on the Saturday evening (unbeknown to my parents when they discovered the flowers on the porch the following day when the paperboy arrived with the Sunday papers).

The replacement bouquet lasted 3 days. My brothers' flowers were still going strong some 2 weeks later!

I called Customer Services again to advise them that the flowers were of poor quality and that they had been dumped on the doorstep. I also mentioned that I have still not received the refund despite being promised this some 2.5 weeks ago.

I received the March arrangement from my daughter as belated Mother's Day flowers, as we were away on Mothering Sunday. When it arrived one of the heads of one of the roses was broken off and they just looked as if they plonked in the container.,I could have done better myself. I looked on the Webb sight because I was disappointed, and I know my daughter would be and it looked NOTHING like the picture. True there were the same flowers in it but that was all.unknowing to my daughter I phoned to complain, they were very sorry and said a replacement would be sent next day, this has just arrived. They never rang the bell and left them in the porch, and on opening them although this time no broken rose head, still looks NOTHING like the picture on their site. Why shows pictures if they can not make the arrangements to look like them I would never use next flowers again and I hope my daughter does not either.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

My young son thought he was doing well ordering what looked like a lovely display of flowers for my Mother's Day gift.They arrived in a very poor condition and already looked dead when I lifted them from the box.I was appalled when he told me how much they had cost and really angry when I saw the disappointment on his face when he saw them.He assured me they looked nothing like what he had ordered and kept apologising.He doesn't earn a lot of money and I felt upset he had spent his hard earned cash on a handful of dead flowers.I would never recommend Next flowers to anyone..When I was putting them out in my bin,I actually noticed that half of the stems didn't even reach the water level,in the bag they had been placed in.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

My flowers arrived on the morning of Mothering Sunday and the mix of hyacinths, tulips and daffodils looked fine, although I was surprised that the daffodils were fully open - clearly wouldn't last many days. It is only Tuesday and already the tulips and hyacinths have flopped, despite my trimming stems and leaning them against the more robust daffodils, and the daffodils are beginning to look past their best.
These were a gift from my daughter and, thankfully, she hasn't seen them. Very disappointing.

As I did not purchase the flowers I cannot fill in qu 1 but, as the review will not be accepted without the stars filled in, I have put 1 for all questions - may be unfair.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day. Requested they be delivered on Saturday but they didn't turn up. Received a text from Next to apologise for none delivery and was told they would be delivered today. Again a no show on the day itself but no text this time. My mother is recovering from a serious illness I didn't think I would have another mothers day to celebrate. Am absolutely heartbroken that my mum has not received my gift.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Ordered a pail of flowers for my mothers 70th birthday, she rang me to thank me for them but I realised that she hadn't actually said that they were nice or beautiful or anything like that (my mother being an honest women) when I actually got around to seeing them for myself I wasn't surprised that she hadn't said that they were nice, I was appalled at the very few flowers that were in the pail, after a conversation with my mother on how disappointed I was with the quality and price that I had paid she told me that some of the heads had fell off when she had taken them out of the box. I will not be buying flowers from next ever again, I honestly believe that the flowers that they had sent out were worth about £3.50 - £5.00 and definitely not the £26.00 + £3.99 delivery charge. avoid at all costs. you would get better value at a supermarket.

Having had the experience of both purchasing and receiving flowers from Next, I can honestly say - DON'T USE!

I had previously ordered flowers from Next for delivery on somebody's 60th birthday which didn't turn up! I rang Customer Services were very apologetic and polite and offered me a complete refund and a replacement bunch 3 days later but the moment had passed!

I have also received flowers from next which turned up from a very impolite driver in a brown cardboard box containing wilted flowers. The tissue around them was sodden and breaking apart, I can honestly say although I was grateful at the sentiment, my heart sank at the obvious poor state of the flowers - I felt sorry for the person who had purchased them. Out of politeness, wouldn't dream of telling them how poor quality they were - think that's how they get away with it!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

So this is how Next continue to sell flowers- the gift recipient is too polite to tell the sender the poor quality of the flowers! The tulips I received flopped immediately I took them out of the box they were delivered in. It is quite obvious from the colour of the stems and the shrivelled leaves these flowers are not fresh!!

I have now written a thank you note but avoided saying how beautiful the flowers are and will go to Tesco's to buy fresh ones to place in the vase with the greenery which has survived.

For a company retirement I have purchased the Opulence Bouquet at a cost 43.99 - the value for money is very poor - I felt ashamed to present them. I rang to chase the late delivery and was advised of a call back - this did not happen, so poor quality & and poor customer service .. be warned - poor value, do not buy!

Ordered on wednesday for friday delivery nothing arrived waiting saturday phoned sat night they re ordered for monday still nothing maybe they will come tomorrow (tuesday ) !!!
