I was sent next flowers for Mother's Day 2014.... I did recieve them on the Sunday and was thrilled.
However on opening the flowers were droopy and leaves looked limp...looked like something I would throw away, but my son had sent them with love. The small glass bowl was lovely that came with them....I had to go and buy some daffodils to put in with them so my son wouldn't be as disappointed as me. I looked on the website and they certainly didn't look like what was on their sales page. Please don't waste your money on these flowers...it's such a shame as delivery and package was spot on.... Stay clear and buy elsewhere.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!! Order for Mothers Day 2014. Was an especially important delivery as I live in a different country and cannot get to see my mother on Mothers day!. Failed to deliver and when I rang up to chase I was hung up on twice!!!. Spent over 40 mins on the phone and rang 4 times and it wasnt until after 7pm they could tell me the order wasnt process correctly at their end and therefore the original order would never be received. They have apparently processed a refund which I am still yet to receive and have re-ordered for Wednesday. Clearly the call staff have no idea what is going on as the original bouquet has arrived this morning whithered and dried up!!!.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

My daughter ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my wife, rang to ask when flowers would be delivered as this was the Saturday and being about 1500 hrs was hoping the flowers would arrive on time, was informed that the flowers would be here before 1900 hrs. You know the rest! Delivered at about 1530 hrs on the Sunday. To say the least I was very unhappy, the young receptionist was kind enough to offer me a refund of £2.99 for my inconvenience, I declined the offer and was then offered a full refund. No contact to explain delivery problems just some receptionist saying the article would be there and leaving it to chance that it would. As she would not deal with me as I wasn't the card holder, when my daughter rang with details she had to fight again for the promised refund. Total lack of interest, poor customer care, no contact with the people contracted to supply and deliver the flowers. A very poor show.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Our daughter sent a bouquet and chocolates through Next flowers online. What arrived was a bouquet that would have disgraced a garage forecourt bargain bin. Withered flowers; broken stems and drooping leaves. They looked like they had been recovered from a dustbin. I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

Some friends of mine were kind enough to send me some Next flowers for my birthday, they cost a lot of money and should have been spectacular for the money paid. They were the equivalent of a £3 bunch from Morrisons. I was embarrassed to show the friends the flowers when they arrived to see me and they were very clearly extremely upset. I certainly will never buy Next flowers and these friends never ever will again from the look on their faces. Next should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered flowers for a special congratulations, what arrived shared no resemblance to what was ordered, except the vase they were thrown into. Totally ruined the desired best wishes. Will NEVER use next flowers again.

Next Flower Review.

Do not waste your money; Next provide stress and inconvenience rather than a pleasurable experience for the reciprient.

After three attempts I gave up. They do not have a clue what their sub contractors get up to.

I bought two lots which came to £60 and when they arrived the were nearly dead, when I phoned to complain I was fobbed off by the staff. I would ever buy their flowers again.

Had what I thought was a lovely surprise the day before Christmas, delivery of flowers!!! didn't look all that fresh, roses out in bloom and past their best the lilie flowers were green buds,& the leaves turned yellow within days the flower part of them shriveled up and not seen the opened flower at all. Telephoned Next they sent me more but not the same arrangement, why did they bother, they are a pathetic example of a bouquet of flowers. I would suggest they concentrate more on the flowers and not on the vessels to put them in. Get the tesco flowers they last well over 2 wks

Ordered an olive tree on 29th October for a colleague whose father passed away suddenly. I received a confirmation and order number on email and thought no more about it. My colleague has not yet returned to work so waited for another colleague to try and bring up the subject of the olive tree, this was on 15 th November only to find out she had not received the tree. I am so disappointed, Next took money from my account on 30th October and had not informed me there was no delivery. I spoke to customer services and they told me there was no tracking found on the order which meant it had not been delivered. Then proceeded to tell me it could not be ordered over the telephone and I could re order myself online, or have my money back, they could not order for me. I told them I did not want my money back, it was not my problem. He said he would ring me back.
