Ordered flowers for USA 6 weeks ago. Did not arrive. After referring this to customer services and two 'Thank you for your communication ...' responses with no follow up action, contacted again and finally received promise of investigation. I had to follow up again and then received promise again of investigation and also offer of an upgraded arrangement if I agreed. I did. That did not arrive either.
In meantime I could not track my enquiry in a straightforward way as the company had changed procedures, resulting in the need to register and create an account. I did this reluctantly and forwarded a comprehensive description of situation. No response. After several days, forwarded a 'prompt'! For the second time I asked for a refund by the end of the next working day. Silence again for some time until I prompted again and once more demanded immediate repayment. This resulted in two responses, one of which guaranteed repayment would be made within 72 hours. That has now happened this afternoon, slightly less than 72 hours later, 6 weeks and one day since initial order was made.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
