Mothers day surprise ruined by this company, Ordered and paid for some nice flowers for mothers day, not only did they deliver to the wrong number but a horrible bunch of flowers! paid for lemon sorbet, medium, my mother received approx. 6 stems of yellow flowers and 4 stems of white! paid extra for sunday delivery got delivered on Saturday, when I spoke to iflorist about this, I was told the flowers got delivered early because the company they used where inundated with sunday orders. So why then did they take my order and charge me for sunday delivery! absolutely gutted with what happened, got my delivery charge refunded, sent their complaints department pictures of what I ordered and what my mother had received, and demanded a full refund. Waiting to hear what they say. Will never use this company again.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
