My sisters sent a bought a bouquet of flowers from Next for my 70 birthday, which was last week.
I told my sisters they were lovely , not knowing what they had paid for them , when I opened the box two flower stems had broken in half , next morning a few flowers had wilted ,I also had to refil the water,
I went on line to see how much they had paid, I was shocked at how few flowers I got for what they had paid , the bunch was same as £7.50 bunch from Tesco or Lidl.
I Thought hard before I decided to let my sisters know, knowing they would be very upset., hopefully they have been in touch with next.
I wouldn't recommend any one to buy flowers from next.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
