I bought 2 living social voucher for Mother's Day Laurence Llewelyn Bowen bouquets, which looked fabulous. One was delivered on the Saturday as arranged and the other never arrived, which was highly disappointing and embarrassing. The one that arrived (order no 627000) was much smaller than expected, and wilted within 2 days. After a prolonged and difficult process including with customer support, another bouquet was delivered to my mum to replace the wilted one. It was average at best. I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND for the delivery cost for the missing bouquet for my mother in law, despite chasing. Order no 627080. Will never use again. Not recommended!
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
