I did not see any of the reviews about this website before ordering from them. I know, that's never a good idea, but I was so excited to find an affordable delivery service that I jumped at the opportunity. I ordered a bouquet for my significant other, who lives in the UK. I live in the US.
I didn't think to read the reviews until this morning, the morning of the delivery. Naturally, seeing all the negative reviews got me super-worried, thinking that all of my money (literally all of my money - $42 in my bank account and the flowers came out about $38) had been funding an unreliable service. It confused me to think that such a service could still be running when so many people had negative opinions of it.
However, I received news this afternoon that not only did the flowers arrive, but they arrived in PERFECT condition. He had no complaints whatsoever, and everything about them was wonderful. He showed me pictures and they look exactly the way I ordered them. I couldn't be happier.
I could have just "gotten lucky", but I can only speak from my own experience and I can say that the flowers were cheap, quality, and delivered on-time and in good condition - and delivery was completely free for me.
In summary, I would recommend iFlorist to a friend.
