Avoid at all costs

You just have to read complaints on Twitter about non-delivery on Valentines Day and then shutting their phone lines down so no one can get in touch. They don't respond to emails either despite that being part of their customer service.

I purchased flowers a week in advance and still waiting for delivery or a response on Feb 15 !!

I dare you to spend on flowers from this company

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

What a Joke

Well I ordered some flowers for my fellow business owner's studio launch as a "good luck" not a problem for Saturday Delivery.

However, 3:30pm I recieved a telephone call to state that they were unable to deliver the flowers, and they could try again for Monday. Unfortunately her launch party was TODAY (Saturday) and not Monday.

Disappointment is an understatement, I am so unbelievely upset that something nice I was trying to do for someone is completely thrown back into my face - they can offer me a refund, which is fine, but it doesnt rectify the situation. Or the poor service. If they had called me earlier this morning, then I may have been able to find someone else to deliver them.

I will NEVER order via these guys again.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Shocking service and delivery... 3 days late had to fight for my money back nearly 6 phone calls... Only 10% complimentary after trying to ask for it. Shocking... Worst service I've ever known! Says highly trained in customer care ... False statement like the false advertising of it being delivered on the right day! It's shocking! Lisa at customer services was probably the most helpful, if they have my other details last women was rude and didn't care about customers actually coming back to them.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Where are my flowers?

Having been with my girlfriend for 1 year, the ideal present was a beautiful bunch of flowers. Having ordered them 4 days in advance of our special occasion, I thought they would be there in time, 7 days after ordering them i'm still wondering where are the flowers that I ordered with my hard earned money?

Having sent their customer service department an email, 2 days later they decide to reply via email with a very poor excuse that doesn't justify their poor service. Not even a phone call was made to me to explain by these cowards.

I really hope I do get a refund off these people and I urge people read these reviews that we are providing and choose their suppliers wisely!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I have just read the review from 'Disgusted from Malaysia' and I am amazed to say a similar thing happened to me two moths ago (April 2013) when I also purchased a bunch of Heaven Scent flowers for my Mother's 70th Birthday. Upon seeing the flowers a few days after I was shocked to see what had actually arrived.

I understand from eFlorist's website that there may be some substitutions in a bunch of flowers. In my case the flowers that arrived bore no resemblance to those advertised as you can see from the images.

The large bunch of flowers I purchased for £55 did not represent the £55 plus delivery that I paid.

Upon discussing this with eflorist they said because I complained after 7 days there is nothing they can do about it and declined to comment further.

I am therefore confused why eflorist can't advertise flowers they can actually deliver? I am further disgusted by eflorist lack of consistency and finally they response to me as a customer.

I chose Heaven Scent, described as "classic Biedermeier hand-tied of mauve Roses accompanied by blue Aconitum, Veronica and lavender and white scented Freesia." It cost 40 pounds including delivery. Although it was delivered on time, it was nothing like what was displayed, in fact it was disgusting. I am shocked and disappointed and disgusted. I live in Malaysia and had the flowers sent to my sister in London, had she not sent me a picture of them when they arrived, I would never have known. It was meant to be special but instead just looked cheap.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

The flowers turned up a day late and look like something that you could buy in tescos for a fiver (I spent £30!). I am still waiting for a response to my complaint and they no longer have a phone number. All in all a very poor service, but then they have my money!.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. They did not turn up, no one called me to inform me of this. They just sent an email rearranging the delivery to an unsuitable day without consulting with me! I have canceled the delivery now and gone with a more reliable florist (which has turned out cheaper!). I'd recommend eflorist to anyone who really doesn't care if and when your flowers turn up.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Typical man, sorry men, left it a bit late for flowers for the most important woman in my life.

Trolled the net looking for someone who could possibly get flowers to her on the day.

I found eForist, order before 3pm delivery same day.
So I got in and picked a very nice looking arrangement with a vase. They took my money quickly and I received my confirmation within minutes, (14:09).
Saved...

My wife got home 16:30, no flowers, we were due out to dinner at 18:30, you guessed, no flowers. When we got back, could there be something on the doorstep? No.

OK so maybe first thing Friday, could still work.... No.
It's now 13:00 and nothing has arrived, no email, no call nothing.
I tried phoning, it took 12 minutes to get to speak to a person. She sounded very nice and was very helpful.

She asked if I'd had an email, no. Oh very sorry we could not deliver to some people yesterday.

Well where is my order now? It had not been done. WHAT?
Long story short. I hope I'm getting my money back.
I will never use them again. Interflora or nothing.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Rip-off merchants with zero customer service

I deliberately chose the bouquet 'Egyptian Sun' after hours of searching, because it contained no pink flowers, and the apricot shades suited the recipients decor. I paid £20 extra for the largest size

They delivered a totally unrelated and smaller bouquet, which was mainly pink. This is totally in breach of their own T&Cs

I've had 3 attempts to contact them and they are ignoring me.

I've had to put the payment in dispute with the credit card company.

Use them at your peril

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
