Absolutely appalling

Flowers arrived in a poor state, with no water. Customer service absolutely terrible and denying their legal responsibility under the Sale of Goods Act. I've used many online florists with no issue. Do yourself a favour and order from another supplier.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Ordered a beautiful bright bouquet for my mums 70th birthday lisianthus, gerbera, roses, green chrysanths, eucalyptus etc what turned up was a cheap garage forecourt bouquet!!! cheap flowers, no colour coordination when I emailed to say the wrong bouquet had been sent they asked if I could send a photo - which I did, they then said they would send it to the florist - they then came back and said they were satisfied that the bouquet was in keeping with the one I bought and that they can substitute flowers subject to availability!!!!

I ordered the bouquet over a week prior to delivery - only 1 stem in the whole bouquet was as per my order !!!!

Having worked in the flower industry in the UK I know that flowers are readily available - 1 variety substituted ok - the whole bouquet for cheap tacky uncoordinated flowers I think not...

Disgusting rip off company false marketing and advertising - and they don't care what they deliver I think this looks to be standard practice for them.....


what they should have done is apologise and sent the correct bouquet

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

DO NOT USE INTERFLORIST!!!! SERVICES ARE VERY APPALLING.

My friend ordered flowers for my birthday few days before my birthday. The day of my birthday did not received any of the flowers. I rang the company to checked when to expect the delivery the lady who I spoke to said its on its way and it will deliver before 5 pm . After 5 pm there's no flowers and I i rang again and she told me she will call the courier to find where about he is and she told me she will call me back to let me know whats happens , but she did not call me and I did not hear from her. After 6 pm I called the company again it was closed. . I did not get the flowers on my birthday. The next day they arrived the flowers look dreadful and they all dead its disgusting. I told all my friends not to use this company. My friend who bought the flowers for me was in shocked and he said I did not expect all this .I told him he should ask for his money back , was poor service and poor quality.. I... When I ordered flowers the website stated 1-2 days delivery. When order confirmation came it said delivery would be the next day-fantastic. That's the end of the good service. 3 days later no flowers. When I emailed customer service they didn't give a hoot and quoted all sorts of rubbish. Stating that Royal Mail deliveries cannot be guaranteed. So why confirm delivery the next day?. They said if they were 3 days late then they would open a case. I confirmed again they were 3 days late. They then said by way of appology they would refund me within 3-5 days. Not good enough! A:that's not an apology that's failure to supply goods as promised and B: an apology would be apart from a full refund for not supplying goods a bunch a flowers for me. So 5 days later no delivery. No refund yet. Waste of space company, customer service rubbish. And no birthday present for my mum. Thanks to eflorist.

Please do not use this site my daughter was sent flowers theyes did not turn up on time when she did get them they where dead I've seen better at the local garage

I ordered flowers for a collegues engagement, we ordered the largest size but what was delivered was the smallest size. I emailed my complaint with photos 4 times and had absolutely no response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will rip you off

Horrible service, The worst I have ever seen

I have order flowers on 29/05/2014 for my wedding anniversary. I have paid £39.95 and extra £4.95. an email sent and said flower will be deliver on 31/05/2014. I was very anxious, because this is our 2nd year anniversary. when I came to home evening, I saw my wife`s face. flowers has not been delivered, no email, no remainder nothing at all. it was surprise and she thought I have forgotten. I explained what happen.

As a result, they ruined my special day. I called them straight away but office was closed, called Sunday, closed. finally spoke with a lady on Monday morning. She said will checked with courier service will back to me. but not. no one call me. next day, called them again. exactly same, even she don't know what is courier phone number. she did not call me back.

i called them following day, I said I would like to cancel my order, because did not delivered. she said I need to speak with manager, then back to me and said I can cancelled it but money will refund 2 weeks. I have to say okay.

AVOID! Not only do the flowers not look like that, they say they do and refuse to deal! I got a woman who couldn't care less about a bunch of flowers that looked like they were from a petrol station forecourt! AVOID!!!!

Absolutely horrendous AVOID at all costs. Not only did the flowers arrive FOUR DAYS after dispatch, needless to say they were very dead by the time they arrived. When I contacted customer service they reluctantly agreed to a refund but in the end DID NOT CREDIT the full balance back. When I contacted again to request the rest of the balance they told me no. So disappointed. They don't deserve your business.

After spending a long time choosing the right flowers, completely different flowers were sent.
After making a complaint I was told they can send a replacement if flowers aren't available as stated in the small print.

What is the point of choosing a certain arrangement when totally different arrangements and colours may be sent.

They had my telephone number so why couldn't they ring to explain the problem and give me the choice to change them.

I'm not impressed and will definitely not be using this company again.
