DO NOT USE INTERFLORIST!!!! SERVICES ARE VERY APPALLING.
My friend ordered flowers for my birthday few days before my birthday. The day of my birthday did not received any of the flowers. I rang the company to checked when to expect the delivery the lady who I spoke to said its on its way and it will deliver before 5 pm . After 5 pm there's no flowers and I i rang again and she told me she will call the courier to find where about he is and she told me she will call me back to let me know whats happens , but she did not call me and I did not hear from her. After 6 pm I called the company again it was closed. . I did not get the flowers on my birthday. The next day they arrived the flowers look dreadful and they all dead its disgusting. I told all my friends not to use this company. My friend who bought the flowers for me was in shocked and he said I did not expect all this .I told him he should ask for his money back , was poor service and poor quality.. I told him he should just get the flowers in the supermarket which they have better quality and cheaper.. As I'm reading the reviews I did not read good reviews at all.. Will never ever use this company again lesson learned
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
