When I ordered flowers the website stated 1-2 days delivery. When order confirmation came it said delivery would be the next day-fantastic. That's the end of the good service. 3 days later no flowers. When I emailed customer service they didn't give a hoot and quoted all sorts of rubbish. Stating that Royal Mail deliveries cannot be guaranteed. So why confirm delivery the next day?. They said if they were 3 days late then they would open a case. I confirmed again they were 3 days late. They then said by way of appology they would refund me within 3-5 days. Not good enough! A:that's not an apology that's failure to supply goods as promised and B: an apology would be apart from a full refund for not supplying goods a bunch a flowers for me. So 5 days later no delivery. No refund yet. Waste of space company, customer service rubbish. And no birthday present for my mum. Thanks to eflorist.
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
