Ordered a beautiful bright bouquet for my mums 70th birthday lisianthus, gerbera, roses, green chrysanths, eucalyptus etc what turned up was a cheap garage forecourt bouquet!!! cheap flowers, no colour coordination when I emailed to say the wrong bouquet had been sent they asked if I could send a photo - which I did, they then said they would send it to the florist - they then came back and said they were satisfied that the bouquet was in keeping with the one I bought and that they can substitute flowers subject to availability!!!!
I ordered the bouquet over a week prior to delivery - only 1 stem in the whole bouquet was as per my order !!!!
Having worked in the flower industry in the UK I know that flowers are readily available - 1 variety substituted ok - the whole bouquet for cheap tacky uncoordinated flowers I think not...
Disgusting rip off company false marketing and advertising - and they don't care what they deliver I think this looks to be standard practice for them.....
what they should have done is apologise and sent the correct bouquet
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
