Absolutely disgraceful service.We used next flowers once previously and they arrived 3 days late.We assumed this was a one off.My parents ordered a bouquet and chocolates for me and each of my 2 sisters.They all arrived on the day.However,mine was left on the doorstep in the street (we dont have a porch or anything) despite my neighbours being home all day.As a result the chocolates liquified and the flowers were limp.My sister(in a different town) was home all day but discovered them on the doorstep that evening.Nobody had rung the doorbell or put a card through the door.Once again,liquid chocolates.My other sister (again in a different town) found hers on the ground floor of her block of flats the following morning.She lives on the first floor and again,was home all day.Once again,nobody rang the door bell or left a card or anything.When I called to complain they would only discuss my delivery even though it was all the same order.They refused to answer when I asked what instructions were given to their delivery drivers as this obviously isnt just a local problem.
Managed to convince my mum to call and complain.They offered more flowers but whats the point?Eventually offered some gift cards instead.
We will never get flowers from them again!!!!!Not worth the money or the hassle!!
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
