I am giving 1 star only because I can't give 0. Ordered a peace lily for my daughter as a congratulations for her promotion. Asked for delivery 2 days later. No delivery arrived. Contacted Next to be told sorry, this is very rare, despite me having had a similar experience previously on another order. Charge was refunded with delivery not possible until 2 days later. When I said I wasn't happy, the call handler said I will pass your feedback on to the relevant parties. I pushed harder and she agreed to actually raise a complaint, rather than for me off with empty words. I await her feedback, which I'm sure will have no teeth, as this company don't seem to learn from past mistakes.
Delivery day arrives and so does the peace lily..however it is a sorry mess compared to the picture they display online. 2 of the lily stems were broken and there was soil all over the inside of the delivery box. Leaves on the plant are drooping so I can only guess that this is the original.plant that I ordered 4 days previously that has sat around unwatered and uncared for. Absolutely damn shameful customer service. Never again, Next, you've had your last flower order from me. Would highly recommend AGAINST ordering flowers from these charlatans
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
