I regret to say that I was disappointed and quite angry with the service provided. What was supposed to be a nice surprise ended up giving a lot of extra stress. My friend lives in France and is an elderly person whose health is not good and my intention was to bring her a smile with a lovely bunch of sunflowers.
Now, the 'package ' came when she was absent. The company in charge of delivery was unable to tell her what the package contained and neither to whom it came from. After two phone calls, she declined the flowers ( still not knowing where it came from?) when she was told to go and get it herself in their office miles away (she does not drive) and she also said that if it was flowers they would not be good after 3 days in a box!!!
I am really furious at the lack of professionalism of Floraqueen who did not answer my written complaint.
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
