WHERE ARE OUR GUARANTEES??? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???
We have no ability to leave adequate, honest feedback in their site. All those comments were lies! Their feedback system is useless! It goes directly to customer service if it's bad and they get to post the positive ones, nothing to warn others in their site. And so, I'm here....
I can't believe how many people this company is duping in here. And I'm embarrassed to say that I'm one of their victims. I've been a customer since 2011 and I've been buying averaging from $120-$180 and had about 8 order since. Since this is the only company I know that can deliver to Switzerland, I still kept on buying through them for the same recipient. Flowers to be delivered to Switzerland is not that cheap. 1 bouquet in euros(they don't charge in francs) can cost you $139.00. That's about $185.95 in dollars for a bouquet.
1) Their flowers were very INCOMPETENT, I've been emailing them and they have no idea that I see the flowers their sending because the person who receives it send me a copy. They don't keep their flowers at least close to the pictures you see on the website.
2) One time they sent small flowers and I ordered large. They told me they run out of large flowers but never gave me a refund. I was promised one and they told me that it was in a process. I checked my bank and I'd never received it and never heard anything from them since. I got NO REFUND or anything.
3) I made 2 pre-orders for an upcoming events. The florist totally MIXED UP MY ORDERS! One of my orders were delivered on the wrong occasion and the card says 'Happy Birthday", instead of Anniversary. So EMBARRASSING.
4) Another pre-ordered bouquet and was DELIVERED ON A WRONG MONTH/DATE. On the card says "Happy Birthday!". But was delivered a month early! They apologized, but again, I was never issued a refund.
5) Their ALWAYS LATE! I always order before the 13th hour but they always arrive at the 17th to 19th hour. One case they delivered it the next day, due to high demand of flowers. I was notified to be charged extra for the delivery and to make it on time. Since it was during the holidays, I went for it. But, the person never received it until the next day and I was so disappointed, not only it was late they send the person on what is left in their shop. Different flowers with smaller petals. I contacted Floraqueen and they issued me a 5% discount for my next purchase instead of a refund.
I had enough with this company and I would like to "WARN YOU" before this thing happens to you.
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
