I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to another country for my daughters 21st birthday as she is a kids rep for a holiday company and due to illness I couldn't go over to celebrate. The office that everything is delivered to is a hours drive there and back, and only the manager drives so the post is collected once a week. Over a month ago I ordered the bouquet and arranged for the boss (unbeknown to my daughter) to make a special journey to collect the flowers on the evening of my daughters birthday, as to ensure the delivery will have taken place. She went back empty handed! 4 days later and I'm still waiting on 'a reply from the florist to confirm delivery' what delivery? It's not happened! Surely your florists should be contactable by floraqueen 24/7. There is no contact number to ring them on, and speak to managers ect, just a email type contact form online. It is no wonder a phone is not provided with the disgusting service.
I am angry and upset and hugely dissappinted. I did say to my daughter there maybe a surprise in the post on her birthday when the post is collected. Now I will have to tell her that due to a slack ar$e company she could have had a beautiful delivery from us but now to expect diddely squat!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I AM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS TODAY
In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
