I don’t normally write reviews and didn’t check before ordering flowers as was let down by another well known florist delivery and didn’t have much time. I thought the service was excellent. Same day delivery if ordered before 3pm. Flowers arrived safety and were absolutely beautiful and generous. I think from the other reviews Teleflorist must have made some changes to quality of product. Will be using Teleflorist from now on.

In summary, I would recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Rip off Paid for 28 roses, got 12. No refund or replacement

2017 Ordered large bouquet (over two dozen roses) for valentinies day for my wife. Received just one dozen - less than 50% of what I ordered and paid for.

Contacted Teleflorist asking them to collect the wrong order and provide the correct order. Received reply saying they agreed I hadn't received what was expected and they were investigating.
No further response. Over next 5 days I requested over 6 more times for them to respond, escalate to manager and collect the incorrect order and as they hadn't provided the correct one, refund my money.
On 6th day I get a note saying they are closing my "complaint" because I didn't submit photos with my original message!

Unbelievable that a company can admit to not providing what you ordered, then ignore you and then reply saying they are going to do nothing about it!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Any other company I've ever dealt with, including florists, would have replaced the incorrect order right away or at very least collected (or otherwise gave customer a means to return the wrong item) and refunded their money.

This company has terrible customer service, zero shame in sending less than half what you pay for and when you ask them to... (Read the full review)

Ordered 2 baskets for same day delivery for different parts of the country. To be fair that part was fulfilled.
The first basket was delivered to Brackley, looked nothing like what I ordered apart from it being in a basket, I accept that perhaps not all items may not be available and may need to be substituted....but this arrangement was shocking, it looked like it had been thrown together by an amateur or less. I was so upset to see what had been received. Teleflorist customer service believed it was acceptable when I contacted them with photo's.

The second basket went to Folkestone, as much as it was arranged so much better and actually looked prettier than the Brackley basket...to only have 2 red roses as the extent of the flowers and lots of greenery was shocking.

I feel like I've been totally ripped off and made to look like a cheap skate with my gifts to 2 friends who are having a really rough time at the moment.

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

I ordered some flowers for my mother who is going through a really rough time. Ordered for Next Day Delivery, to receive an email stating that the delivery was 1-2 days as it was a postal order, OK I thought, that will be no problem. I ordered the flowers about midday on the Monday. By Wednesday still no flowers, so I called Customer Services, to be advised that as the delivery was stated as Tuesday (next day), they should be delivered by 6pm that day. They never arrived. Phoned again on Thursday to be told that I had been given the incorrect information and they should be there by 6pm that day, you'll never guess what, they never arrived!. Called again on Friday to be told, oh yes they should have arrived, we can arrange another bunch to be sent out, but I explained it was now too late as my mother was not going to be home, was advised I would get a full refund and an email confirming that, no apology, and then a "thanks for calling and have a nice day".

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

If you want your flowers delivered on a boiling hot Sunday, and flung over a 10ft security fence then go ahead and use this company. This is what happened when I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my friend on a Monday at work. Absolute disgraceful, and no refund!

Terrible flowers worse customer service

Sent a bouquet for Mother's Day and they were hugely underwhelming. The photo was lovely, the reality was lots of green and almost no flowers. What really annoyed me more however was the customer service response - they said they understood a recipient should be delighted but on this occasion the photograph I sent showed they were within their allowable tolerance for disappointment! Frankly I don't care if they met your tech spec - my 78 year old mum was disappointed, was disappointed but now you have upgraded me to angry and disgusted. Good job - I hope that meets your customer service feedback spec.

I picked the silver linings arrangement and paid more for a bigger one. It was dominated by huge chrysanths rather than the small flowers shown. It should have had more roses and lilies. I know they say they can substitute but I really thought it wouldn't be too hard to provide the flowers as shown. The vase they provided which was different from the picture on the internet was too small in height and size. Delivery was fine. Overall, not a nice arrangement. Not what I expected and poor value for money.

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

My friend Received it but it wasn't like the picture on the website at ALL! the one I ordered had around 15 mini roses, the one she received it has only 3 mini roses? and it costs 24 pounds? for what????
this is really bad.

I don't advice anyone to order from them again! EVER!!!

Same day delivery??

Ordered 'same day delivery' flowers for a birthday before the 3pm cut off time, they emailed me at 4pm saying they couldn't deliver & would I like an upgraded bunch delivered the next day.

I phoned them up & told them that they could put any bunch together not the specific ordered one just as long as it was delivered that day, they told me they would phone the florist & call me back in 10mins.
I phoned THEM back after 35mins, to be told that even tho it was only 4:50pm the florist drivers had all gone home!

I now have to wait a week for the £39 to be returned back into my card because the statement of 'order before 3pm for same day delivery' is a complete lie!

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

I ordered from Teleflorist on May 5th, for next day delivery. After I placed my order I read the reviews and got very discouraged at the fact people where saying the flowers where substituted,they arrived late, and customer service was horrible so of course right away I called and wanted to cancel my order. Getting through a representative was very fast, and the lady who helped me out was very helpful. She asked why I wanted to cancel my order and I expressed to her that the reviews I read where really bad. I expressed to her I didn't want my flowers to be substituted nor did I want my order to be late, that there was a reason why I chose that exact flower arraignment and that there was a reason why I wanted my flowers to be delivered on that specific day, not a day later or weeks. After that being said, she guaranteed me I would not have that problem and that that, that exact flower arraignment is the one that my mother would receive. I went ahead and staid with my order.
