I started to order flowers, but it came up on my screen as an unsafe site, so never continued to send. When I received my bank statement I saw that they had taken the money for an order that I never completed, they have not replied to my requests for my money to be returned to me. I had one reply saying that the order could not be found OF COURSE NOT THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED
BEWARE, I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECCOMEND TO EVERYONE

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Unbelievable incompetence !

This company is dreadful! No email confirmation to first order. Tried again thinking they hadn't been ordered and this time received email. Tried to cancel 2nd order minutes after and was told hours later that it was too late to cancel! It only takes one phone call! Of course they don't have a phone to ring in emergencies in case you get through in time. First flowers were delivered on time. Nothing like I ordered,being a small bunch not extra large like I asked for. Goodness knows where they got them from. Terrible to contact. Everybody reading this just take note,when things go fine it's great,when they go wrong this company is incompetent and arrogant! You have been warned!

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Awful company and customer service

Worst florist company I've ever used. Did not deliver flowers despite repeated promises. The worst customer service. No contact from them to explain difficulties and tried to fob me off. Told me at the end they couldn't deliver despite having ordered days in advance an totally left me high and dry. Really aggressive customer service. Was hung up on many times. Also receiving spam despite ticking no marketing.

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Did NOT deliver flowers on Mother's Day

It goes without saying this is totally unacceptable. Only changed from Interflora (who have always delivered exactly as requested) as my wife suggested Teleflorist. It seems like plenty of other people have the same experience.

Avoid like the plague.

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Disappointing Flowers

I ordered some flowers from eflorist to be sent to my sister who was moving into a new house. They looked lovely on the website. My sister was very pleased but informed me that only 2 of the roses had heads on them the rest were stalks. I have been trying for over a week now to get eflorist to send a fresh delivery but they do not respond to emails and although I have sent pictures on 3 occasions they still refuse to contact me. Very disappointing and I would therefore not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

I ordered a flower 2 weeks before mother's day to make sure that my mother will get a flower on mother's day. The delivery date is May 11,2013. It's already May 13,2013 my mother havent got her flower. I tried to call them but the 1800 number is not working, I tried to email them but they havent replied. I tried to email them with the complaint section but its not working. All in all I think this site is a big SCAM.... This site should be banned and investigated. Is there anybody out there that can help me and figure out if this is a legite site. I am not happy with teleflorist because of them my mother didn't receive anything for mother's day.

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Order a bunch of flowers of these people on wednesday to be delievered saturday in time for mothers day.NO show nothing .Tried ringing the phone number with order .Invalid Tried email wont send.Dont risk your cash with these people It is costing more in time and effort to make contact than the flowers are worth

Flowers arrived late and in terrible condition

Ordered some flowers for my aunt who just came home from hospital: They didn't show up on the promised date and I received no warning. EFlorist claimed it was down to adverse weather conditions, well fine, but at least tell me they won't get there!

They then refused to take any responsibility for when the flowers would arrive or to take any action to find out. They also refused to give me a refund, saying the flowers were already out for delivery and that I would have to wait for them to be delivered (who knows when?!?), then, if they were in bad condition at that point I would have to call yet again to try and argue for a refund.

Also, to get a refund I would have to take pictures of the battered flowers, despite their admitting that they would have been out at warehouses/in trucks for several days.

All was made to be my problem, my responsibility to fix their mistakes and when the flowers finally did arrive they were broken and browned.

I'm sure these guys are fine if nothing goes wrong, but if it does, BEWARE!

In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.
